Biz idmançılar digər azərbaycanlılardan  fərqli olaraq ermənilərlə daha çox ünsiyyətdə olmuşuq. Şəxsən mən, 1995-ci ildən erməni şahmatçıları ilə dünyanın müxtəlif ölkələrində beynəlxalq yarışlarda qarşılaşmışam. Müxtəlif zamanlarda fikir mübadiləsində ölkələrimiz arasında münaqişə barəsində fikirlərimiz toqquşmuşdur və hər zaman da onlara başa salmağa çalışmışıq ki, ermənilər nəinki bu gün Azərbaycan torpağlarında yaşayırlar, hətta  zəbt etdikləri dağlıq Qarabağ, Xocalı, Şusa və digər rayonlarda törətdikləri vəhşiliklər gerçəkdir. Şahmat intelekt sahiblərinin oyunudur. Lakin bu gün Ermənistan şahmatçısı Levon Aronyanın paylaşdığı yalan dolu status məni bir şahmatçı olaraq çox məyus etdi. 

Ermənistanın fəxri Kardashyandan fərqli olaraq İntelekt sahibi bir Qrossmeysterdən daha çox intelektli, uzağ görən, humanist və sülh  təklifi gözləyərdim. Cünki, mən heç zaman erməni şahmatçısını, çirkin erməni siyasətçisi ilə  müqayisə edib eyni kəfənə qoymamışdım. Yalanlarla yoğrulmuş yeni nəsil erməni gəncliyi acı da olsa  bilməlidir ki, onlar ana vətəni olmayan, başka bir ölkənin torpağını özünə 1828-ci ildə Türkmənçay müqaviləsi ilə erməni vilayəti olmuş, daha sonra isə oranı Ermənistan adlandırmış, yaşadığı torpaqların sahibi olan Azərbaycanın digər torpaqlarına da tamah salaraq Dağlıq Qarabaği və ətrafındakı 7 rayonu amansızcasına işğal etmiş, orada yaşayan dinc əhalini vəhşicəsinə qətl etmiş və bunları danmış bir millətdir. Bu millətin  qrossmeysteri belə millətinin etdiklərini danır. 
Sən, Levon Aronyan elitar bir şahmatçı olaraq, Ermənistana, işğal etmiş torpaqların sizlərə aid olmadığını nə zaman söylədin?  Sən bilmirsən mi, özgə torpağından yurd olmaz?!
Şahmat sənə dürüst olmağı oyrətmədi mi? Şahmat sənə sülhsevər olmağı öyrətmədi mi?
30 ildir ki, ərazisinin 20% işğal altında olmasına baxmayaraq Sülh yolu ilə itirilmiş torpaqlarıni geri qaytarmağa çalışan Azərbaycan , bu gün ermənistanın yenidən başlatdığı müharibədə öz torpaqlarıni müdafiə etdiyi üçün mü ermənistana hücüm etmiş sayılır Levon Aronyan? 
Ermənistan yeni müharibələr etsin deyə fond açıb pul yıgirsan?

As a professional chess player, I’ve had more contact with Armenians than regular Azerbaijani citizens. Since 1995, I’ve been interacting with Armenian chess players in international competitions all around the world both as a rival and as a fellow chess player. We have always tried to explain to them that not only do Armenians live comfortably in Azerbaijan to this day despite our conflict (but not the other way around), but also that the atrocities the Armenian military committed in Azerbaijan’s occupied Nagorno-Karabakh, Khojaly, Shusha and other regions, in fact are real and truly did happen. They really did split open bellies of pregnant women, cut off their ears and noses, beheaded and played soccer with heads, skinned them, cut them up to pieces and fed them to dogs, and walked on dead frozen bodies of our children and elderly. And then they were boasting about their cruelty in books that garnered 5-star reviews! Yes, this gruesome Khojaly Genocide massacre really did happen!Chess is a game of intellectuals. But today, as a fellow chess player, I was very upset by the hateful and ignorant propaganda shared by Levon Aronian. Unlike the Kardashians, the pride of Armenia, I expected a more knowledgeable and level-headed reaction from you since you use your head for a living and aren’t just a cog in the corrupt wheel of dirty Armenian politics.Thankfully, Armenian youth is slowly but surely realizing their government’s greed for the lands of another country when they see their young men being forced to fight and die in a war they don’t agree with. Armenia has been illegally occupying Nagorno-Karabakh and seven surrounding regions for almost 30 years with Russia’s help and Iran’s backing. Azerbaijan lost 20% of its land and we’ve been living without our lands since the 1990s. With 1 million people displaced, 1 in 7 people became a refugee in their own country. Do you know how much land 20% is? It’s like taking away the entire state of California, Oregon, and Washington from the US for 30 years, and refusing to give it back.A world-class intelligent Armenian grandmaster is denying those atrocities. Yet the entire international community (all of UN with its 193 members) and laws are on Azerbaijan’s side. Is the entire world wrong and you alone are right? We’ve been trying to reclaim our lost lands peacefully for 30 years, and yet here you come and accuse us of attacking your country? Nagorno-Karabakh and the 7 surrounding regions are within the internationally recognized territory of Azerbaijan. We are fighting on our own land – to take back what’s rightfully ours! Or perhaps you’re lying to your followers to get pity points for more donations?Levon, don’t you have any shame when you say that these lands belong to your people? Don’t you have any shame when you try to build a home on the graves of those your military brutally massacred? Didn't chess teach you any morals or values, like honesty? Didn’t chess teach you to be accepting and tolerant of others, instead of blindly spewing hate?Regardless of your motivation in writing this post, I’d actually like to thank you. Thank you for spreading news about Armenia’s illegal military occupation of my homeland, Azerbaijan, for 30 years. Thank you for shedding the light on this injustice to your international followers who may not have even heard of Azerbaijan’s suffering, but will most definitely learn about it now. Thank you for finally giving Azerbaijan a platform to have our voices be finally heard. Azerbaijan demands its fully territorial integrity!
